We employ 66 drivers for the season. College students and seasonal workers make up most of the employees.

| Mr. Ding-A-Ling ice cream requires background checks on all their drivers. All of our drivers train with an experienced driver and then watch several safety videos. They must pass an exam after their training. |

Our trucks are available for children’s parties, company picnics and special events.

We belong to the International Association of Ice Cream vendors. This organization supplies us with many safety articles, tests, and training videos. We also belong to the NYS safe vending committee which we meet regularly with other New York state vendors to promote safety messages to children.

If one of your trucks doesn’t stop parking in front of my house for minutes every fucking night at 9pm blaring your god awful music, I’m going to file a noise complaint.

Can a truck stop by 3 atrium drive in albany around 1pm. there will be bunch of people lineing up for ice cream.

I live in south glens falls of Michael Road and every single time you come near the area you skip my street but go to the surrounding streets. Please come to my street, lots of children who live in the street want the ice cream.

I swear the music is mocking me I HAVE FAILED TO CATCH THE TRUCK NUMEROUS TIMES I just keep KEEP missing it BUT I SHALL NOT GIVE FOR I SHALL CATCH ZEE TRUCK!

Why do you guys sometimes com at like 4 O Clock then other times a 7 O clock it makes it very hard to catch the Ice cream truck when in passes by

Just a comment heard from friends around the various neighborhoods…. the music that is played by the trucks is great but the voice that says “hello” in between loops is very creepy and sounds slightly like a nefarious lure for children. Not necessary… just music promotes the right atmosphere. Remove the “hello”.
